NOFX Guitarist Eric Melvin's Fancy SF House

Eric Melvin is the guitarist for well known punk rock band NOFX. If you ever wondered what kind of a house a member of one of the most well known punk bands lives in, wonder no longer. Melvin recently put up his San Francisco home for sale with a listing price of $3.6 million.

The home is located in the affluent Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. It offers some pretty great views of the city, includes a hot tub in the back yard, a fireplace and a great looking deck. The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house was originally built in 2904, though has been redesigned by Melvin since then.
