Die Kreuzen

Die Kreuzen were an American punk rock band formed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1981. They were known for their fast, aggressive sound and their politically charged lyrics. The band's lineup consisted of Dan Kubinski (vocals), Brian Brannon (guitar), Keith Brammer (bass), and Dave Curran (drums).

Die Kreuzen released their debut album, "Cows and Beer," in 1983. The album was a critical and commercial success, and it helped to establish the band as one of the leading lights of the American punk rock scene. The band followed up with a string of successful albums, including "Seizure and Desist" (1984), "October File" (1986), and "13 Candles" (1988).

Die Kreuzen were also known for their intense live performances. The band toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and they were known for their energetic and chaotic shows. The band's live performances were often captured on bootlegs, which were widely traded among fans.

Die Kreuzen broke up in 1991. The band members went on to pursue other projects, including the bands Gauge, Universal Order of Armageddon, and Jasta 14. In 2000, Die Kreuzen reunited for a brief tour. The band has since released several live albums and compilation albums.

Die Kreuzen have been cited as an influence by many other punk rock bands, including Green Day, Blink-182, and the Offspring.
